They serve Waterloo Region, including Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and area. Services include a friendly gathering place with drop-in hours and a DVD lending library, a variety of programming including for youth and seniors, a Rainbow community calendar, and an extensive directory of community groups, events, and resources in the area.

It offers an interdisciplinary space for groups and individuals who have an interest in community work along the lines of queer, feminist, indigenous, environmentalist, marginalized and anti-oppression analysis and action.
LGBTQ+ Settlement Network

The Network's purposes include to support frontline workers, to coordinate outreach efforts to LGBTQ+ newcomers, to increase visibility and stimulate dialogue in the broader community, and to share referrals and best practices.
